Learn About Menstrual Health
Periods are a part of life for people who menstruate, but sometimes you may have questions about how to navigate exercise while on your period, how to alleviate cramps, or what are the best tampons, pads, and cups, or period underwear for your flow. On Embracing Blogs, we discuss all of these topics and more! Our sweet spot is proving resources for people of color who menstruate. Everyone should have the opportunity to understand their body and make conscious decisions about their period care.
Hey! I would love to chat with people in the area who menstruate to learn about their experiences and what resources or tools have helped them navigate their menstrual cycle. "Let's Chat Periods" is just that, me being in conversation with the community. If you or someone you know is interested in sharing your period stories with me, let's schedule a time to chat!
